Aloha! This applies for anybody living close to Virginia or North Carolina. I was hoping to ask you guys for a favor. A good friend of mine adopted two guinea pigs from the pound last spring; a mother and daughter pair. Unfortunately though, it turned out that the father guinea pig got the mother pregnant again right after she gave birth the first time. My friend didn't realize this until about a month later.

Anyways, the guinea pig gave birth again at the beginning of June. This time, to SIX piglets. My friend has done all she can to find homes for all but three of them. Sadly though, she can't afford to keep them for much longer, and we really don't want to have to contact the SPCA.

So if there's anybody in the area interested in adopting a guinea pig or two, please let me know. Right now there's two males and one female left. I'll have pictures to post on Wednesday. Thanks so much!
