Aloha! Sunkist's guinea pig, Ripcurl, is designed after two real guinea pigs. The first is one of mine, named Bedhead. Most pigs have smooth, short hair, but Bedhead's hair is crazy, like his name suggests. The color scheme for Ripcurl comes from my girlfriend's guinea pig, Stella. I'm happy that I included Ripcurl into the story, because either Bedhead or Orion (my other pig) are in my lap while I'm drawing the comic. I'm getting in line early this morning to reserve a Nintendo Wii (7:30am). Not looking forward to waiting in that line... |
